Electrical Building Programming:

Provide preliminary sizing of electrical equipment rooms as a service to the Architectural Team in an effort to assure accommodation of electrical systems early on during design.

Utility Coordination: 

Coordinate electrical service with local Utility Planners in compliance with their standards to assure delivery on schedule.

Electrical Management & Design:

Develop construction documents that define project budget and constructability.

Construction Administration: 

Review and approve submittals and shop drawings to assure project deliverables are consistent with Client expectations and project objectives.
